This policy explains what information LokalBiz ("we", "us") collects, how we use it and the choices you have. It covers our website, lokalbiz.com, and our reporting tool, LokalBiz Reports (app.lokalbiz.com).
01Who we are
LokalBiz is a digital marketing agency serving local businesses in Las Vegas, Orange County, Houston and North Carolina. We provide Google Ads management, Google Business Profile management, local SEO and monthly reporting. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].
02Our website
Forms
When you request a free map check or contact us, we collect what you enter: your name, business name, email, and optionally your phone number, website and message. We use it only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We never sell it, and we don't add you to newsletters.
Cookies and analytics
Our website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies, and it loads no third-party trackers. Our fonts are served from our own site. Like any web host, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data — such as your IP address and browser type — to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
03LokalBiz Reports and Google user data
LokalBiz Reports is our internal tool for preparing performance reports for the businesses we work with. It is used by LokalBiz staff, who sign in with their Google account (we receive only their name and email address to identify them).
How it gets access
Our clients give LokalBiz's Google account access to their own Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console and Business Profile accounts — usually as a manager or viewer, using Google's standard sharing. We then connect that LokalBiz account to LokalBiz Reports through Google's sign-in, which lets the tool read the data the client has shared with us. We only read accounts belonging to businesses that have engaged us.

These are business performance statistics. LokalBiz Reports doesn't read your Gmail, contacts, files or calendar.
How we use it
- Read-only. LokalBiz Reports only reads data. Google Ads requires a permission that would also allow changes; we use it only to read reports and never change your account through it.
- Reports only. We use the data solely to prepare reports and insights for the business it belongs to, and to show that business its own results.
- Never sold or used for ads. We don't sell Google user data or use it for advertising, ad targeting, credit decisions or any purpose unrelated to your reports.
- Never mixed between clients. One client's data is never shown to another.
How to remove access
A client can remove LokalBiz's access at any time from the user settings of each Google product (for example, Google Ads → Admin → Access and security). LokalBiz can also disconnect the tool from its own Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Reports stop updating straight away.
04Google API Services User Data Policy
LokalBiz Reports' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In particular, we:
- only use Google user data to provide and improve the reporting features our clients see;
- only transfer it to the service providers listed below, as needed to provide those features, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you;
- don't use it to serve advertisements, and don't use it to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine-learning models;
- don't let people read it unless the client asks us to, it's needed for security or to comply with the law, or it's aggregated and anonymised.
05Service providers
We use a small number of providers, each only for the job described:

06Storage and security
- Report data is stored in a database on a LokalBiz-controlled computer in the United States, with full-disk encryption.
- Google access tokens are additionally encrypted inside the database.
- Data travels over encrypted connections (TLS) between Google, LokalBiz Reports and staff browsers.
- Only LokalBiz staff on an approved list can sign in, using their Google accounts.
07Retention and deletion
- Client report data is kept while you're a client so we can show month-on-month trends. When services end, or whenever you ask, we delete it and remove our stored Google access within 30 days.
- Website enquiries are kept for up to 12 months if you don't become a client, then deleted.

08Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights under local law; we honour them and won't treat you differently for using them. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within 30 days.
09Children
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
10Changes to this policy
If we change how we use information, we'll update this page and the date above. For significant changes, we'll tell our clients directly before they take effect.
